Xperia XA - Touch screen issue

I found that the top edge (esp. top right hand corner) of the screen is not really "senseable".  I need to press a little bit harder then other part of the screen in order to get the response.

I tried with both my glass protector off or on (apparently I have to get a new one after I took one off)

Should I just go to the Sony store and ask for maintenance?

i was planning to buy this mobile but after reading so many complaints - i have decided not to buy. 

however, i must say, it is available in India at much costly prices. Why they are not dropping Indian prices?

Hy Sony, 

Today I have received the latest XA upgrade with so much delay. Let's say it is ok with me.

From my experience the upgrade comes with:

1. It seems the screen responsiveness is better while scrolling to settings menu from upper margin, but not as Sony use to have. At least while playing games or opening the screen by pattern lock, there is still an issue of less sensitivity. Please Sony try again with another update and fix it best!

2. Camera seems to work better but it's still noisy while at 3200/6400 iso. Please add a softer mode at very high iso (like in the past as image stabilization). Also it would be great to have a saturated color  setting (not HDR) in manual mode in the future upgrade.

3. Call quality improved and also mic's sensitivity resolved. 

I truly appreciate your efforts to make.believe in XA model and I hope for the Android 7 upgrade to make best as possible the responsivity of the touch screen, and of course, a little more improvements to the camera module. 

Those are my honest opinions.

ITS A VERY BIG ISSUE WITH MY PHONE I PURCHASE A NEW PHONE XPERIA XA OF 20K ON 7TH OF MAY 2017 .AND AFTER 17 DAYS ITS NOT WORKING AND WHEN I GO THROUGH THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL REPAIR THE PHONE .THE PHONE IS NOT DAMAGE THEN WHY THEY ARE REPAIRING THE NEW PHONE 

THE SCREEN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY THE TOUCH IS SO HARD

I had experience with touch issues and found if I followed Xperia care instructions I have a perfect Sony device, repaired at zero cost to me. I was unimpressed with my device not working but cannot complain about the service I've recieved. My advice is use any energy on a resolution through the app and you'll be pleasantly surprised

Hi, 

Even i have touchscreen issue.. After using it for a while it behaves abnormarly at upper right part of the screen.. I have formatted it 2 times.. Even went to sony store and got it reset to original os..but again same issue..
