Do I understand correctly that you've tried your SIM card in another phone? If that is correct, do you have the possibility to try a different SIM card in your phone? In that way, we can see if the SIM card is the cause of this. 

If there is no change with a different SIM card, I would recommend that you try and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will delete all data stored on the internal storage of the phone and reinstall the latest available software, so it is advised that you create a backup using Xperia Companion before starting with the repair.
