Hi,
I got this pop-uo saying 'Headset not supported. Try different headset or go to Support.'
I uninstalled the Smart Connect. I restart it. I plugged the headset again and it worked but the sound is fading. Once I unplugged and plugged it again, the error will occur again.
This is the same headset I used yesterday thay worked fine.

I have not. But is it going to be the headset's defect? Because it's the same headset i used yesterday. And it worked alright.
