Camera seems blurred

I bought my XPERIA XA like 2 months ago .The pictures front cam seems ok but as for the rear there's something wrong. Everytime i took photos it does not look good as before,  its kinda blurry no matter how i adjust the brightness of my phone or how much time I wipe the rear cam. I bought it because practically its cheaper and camera was really good enough.  What should I do with my phone?

Are there any scratches on the lens? does your phone has a protective case?

yes, its has a protective case and yes too i observed there's scratches on the lens is there any alternative that scratches can be removed? I would such a great help.

That's the reason the pictures are blurry or out of focus, you could try toothpaste but probably you will have to contact your Local support

Me too I'm actually so upset about it the camera was the only reason I bought the phone. It's glarey, unfocused and lacking detail. I even noticed my front camera is now better. Would it be much to be repaired?

It's brand new camera. No protective case, no scratches, two days old. Still blurry images
