When I connect the headphones to my Sony Xperia xa, I still hear music through the external speaker but not through the headphones! Why is that and how can I solve the problem?

Wenn ich den Kopfhörer anschließe an meinem Sony Xperia xa höre ich noch immer Musik über den externen Lautsprecher aber nicht über die Kopfhörer! Woran liegt das und wie kann ich das Problem lösen ?
