weak network signal

My XA1 Dual is facing weak network signals.

1) I tried reseting the device.

2) I changed network operators.

3) I swapped sim cards.

4) I tried every troubleshooting.

Weak signals are leading to no internet connections. 

Please give a solution.

Hi I am also experiencing these problems, no data, calls dropping everywhere I have contacted my network they say its nothing to do with them, so I swapped out my sim to. Another phone and all is OK so must be the xa1 even now as I'm typing, the letters I press are not working properly I have to hit again and again, I had a software upgrade about 2 weeks ago and this is when it got a lot worse
