Feedback regarding Sony Xperia XA1

This is Sunil

I got this phone Sony Xperia XA1 a month back, i dare to try sony phone again after a long time and again it fails.

This is the worst phone i have ever operated...not at all user friendly, touch screen is worst then a local 2000Rs phone. It hangs like anything.

I am an iphone user and i would love to continue with iphone.

Sony Xperia XA1  deserves dustbin, its like i have scrapped my Rs 19500 by getting this phone.

If some one from sony can get back to me, i would like to gift this nightmare phone back to sony.

An advise to sony..."guys please stop making cell phones thats not your field, so please dont try and screw your brand name"

If possible please someone from take this crap toy back refund my money back.

an iPhone is a flagship phone just like the Xperia XZ or XZs, the Xperia XA1 its a budget phone, there's a huge difference, with that said this is a user based forum, if you want to gift the phone or claim a refund, your post its quite confusing, contact Sony directly >>> Local support

Still you cannot able to answer his base question, instead you are just blabbering about other things.

No phone is perfect. I have been using this phone for last month or so without big issues - touch wood. Some minor software issues are there and are getting resolved... that being said, if you are facing hardware issues, you would be better off taking the phone to support.

Some rare cases like you, it was working fine, but for most of customers touch is not working properly.

My phone is with sony service center for past 40 days... I have not used my mobile even a week.... Is this the way a reputed company provides service to their valuable customers????

Certainly not! Ii is indeed very frustrating. I hope your phone issues get resolved soon and I don't face similar issues...

You are 100% right , all xa1 having.touch issues and this bogus brand sony is not doing anything on.it

Whoever is saying that buy xz should know that touch screen is common thing.even 2000 rs phone privide touch thatvworks in all area. This device has issue in edes and sony is not accpeting all.

I will never buy any sony product and i will report this company.

Not all phones have touch problem. Mine doesn't. A company would not released a phone if it had one of its most important function not working.

do not buy this phone major flaws in the touchscreen which cant be repaired,dont listen to sony carbage,i have this crap phone checked by an expert.if you can get a refund, NEVER going to but sony again.
