Horizontal lines on screen

Hello,

A couple of days ago, my smartphone fell and everything was allright until today.Today, some horizontal lines appears on the screen. I don't know if it is software or hardware problem because yesterday I update my smartphone to Oreo. For exemple :

- I make a screenshot which I see on an other smartphone and no problem, no horizontal lines.

- I make display test with *#*#7378423#*#* and with a one color screen I have horizontal lines just when navigation buttons are on screen.

So what do you think about my problem ?

I'm sorry about that but it is a hardware issue, I don't know if it's just the screen or something else was damaged, you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
