I have just got a new XA1. It will not let me get into my contacts . It keeps saying something has been deactivated and so the let me in 😡

Hi @Jilly127, welcome to the community. Try this:

Go to Settings > Apps, press the 3 dots on the top right and select "Reset app preferences".

While you are in here, check for any apps that have been disabled and re-enable them.
