phone is not responding

My phone was restarted to factory settings by mistake but can not let me access to mi goggle account and the power button and volume up does not work somebody knows how i fix it,i tried to install sony companion but i can not

My phone has not been working properly for about a month, ver frustrating. I took it into the source and they tried for about an hour, says they couldnt fix it. I then took it to bell and they tried but couldnt fix it. They said there is a clitch in it and that since still under warranty can send it back and get a new one sent to you. I cant answer my phone when it rings. Can you please send me mailing instructions, and what phones are available. Thank you. Sincerely, Francine Pike

So to clarify, you performed a factory data reset and now you need to enter your Google account details to access and set up the phone but you don't remember the log in details or the phone is not accepting the details is that correct?

If you have been advised the phone will be replaced you will need to get in contact with the retailer that advised they would arrange this. 

They will be able to provide you with the details required to have this organized. 

Alternatively, if it was your Local support you discussed this with. Get back in contact with them and they will be able to assist you further.
