Contact permissions

When I want make a calling. And when I press the contact it can't do it and I can't enter into contact or take the number.  it says (you have disabled a required permissions)   .. Just I can make calling when I write the number on calling board.

Go to Settings > Apps > 3 dots top > Show system then look for Contacts & Phone contact and check if all permissions are granted.

I suddenly have the same issue.  My contacts app was working fine, but now I get the same message.  I have been through all the permissions in settings and all are set to allow.  Still, no access to contacts.
