As this is an English based forum it would be nice if you would be so kind to translate your question in English before posting.
What can I do since my fingerprint does not work? And I do not even see the fingerprint manager. Any answer I thank to direct it to personal info hidden. Thank you.

goto settings -> apps & notifications -> app info -> tap 3 dots upper right corner and tap 'show system' -> Fingerprints ASM -> Storage -> Clear cache & clear data
Another thing to notice is that cleaning the sensor brightens things up sometimes.
After this setup your fingerprints again.
Hope this is a solution for you.

Does it happen in safe mode too
Delete recently installed apps
Take out the SD card (if present)
