Fingerprint Sensor issue on Sony Xperia X Dual

Hi,

I'm facing some issue in my Xperia X device. When I bought the mobile, I registered my fingerprint. It was working fine. After few months I deleted my previous fingerprint records and tried to add again. Now when I'm trying to register fingerprint records, I'm getting a pop-up with text

Could not read your fingerprint.

Could not register your fingerprint. Please free up some space on the internal storage and try again.

I tried everything. I did hard reset, version upgrade to Oreo, Format from settings option but nothing worked. Please help me set my fingerprint as lock mode as I'm not able to use this feature.

Goto Applications screen -> Tap on Support app-> tap on bottom line the phone avater with a flash in it and run tests.

Give it a try or try safe mode.

See what happens.

But there is no option to run a test for fingerprint sensor.
