DOWNLOAD APP IN OREO

I have just downloaded the new Oreo software and noticed that the Download App has been removed. I now can't identify where the files that have been downloaded are stored.

Any solutions, please.

Preloaded apps could vary per region, download a file commander it's a lot easier and useful

I have the same problem after updating my wileyfox swift 2+ to Oreo 8.1. I found that going to settings - usb and storage - files gives a list of all file types including  downloads. I hope that helps although I have no idea how to get the downloads app back.

I just found the app - it's now called 'files' in the app drawer - although it still says downloads on the header.
