Which network are you referring to, is it the mobile network towards your operator? What happens when it dies, do you lose coverage and then it comes back, or what are you experiencing in a bit more detail? Is it restricted to mobile data, or does the whole network coverage drop so that you can't receive/make calls either?
Regarding apps, which apps stop for you - is it third party apps or native ones as well? Is the error message you receive that the app has unfortunately stopped, or is there some other message?
First I would recommend for you to see if you experience the same whilst having your device in safe mode, and then let me know some more information regarding what you're experiencing. Fill me in and I'll do my best to assist you!

after I select sim card for call .. I discover automatically it shifted when I make new call after little time may be 7 to 8 hour

Did you have the chance to try to see if it occurs in safe mode as I suggested in my previous post? If so, I'm afraid that I agree with @Viridis in that it would be best to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
Could you try that and let me know how it went?

So sorry to hear that, but do I understand you correctly in that the initial behaviour now has returned to normal? @Osman2222 Also, I'm afraid that rolling back to a previous Android version is not possible.
Have you both tried to see if the same occurs while using different SIMs? If it persists even after a software repair and a fresh install (try without installing any new apps or services), and while using multiple SIMs, then I recommend that you have your device sent to an authorized service center so that a technician may have a look at it for you.
The easiest way to have it sent in would be to get in touch with your Local support so that they may assist you, as they are well informed regarding the local service routines for your specific market!
