Hello SE !!! I just Got xperia neo v . its a nice phone !! but i found it has android 2.3.4 . so i want to update via PC companion . i just wanna ask that does it void warranty of phone ?? Please Reply ASAP !!!!

no it will not void your warranty..

any update which is done using pc companion will never void your warranty

Thats correct an Update done through PC Companion or the Update Service will not void the warranty on the handse.
