xperia Neo V - Photo problem while Night mode with flash

when i m using night mode with flash...my photo showing purple shade every time...how can i fix this issue..help me out..please

do you have a protecting case or protecting film? or anything near the flash and/or lens

thanks! for reply... m facing this problem without any case or protectingfile.....plz help..m always trust Sony brans n used only sony products n highly recommanded other also...and one more thing how can i know my photo or video size...i dont find any option for it....m attached image for clear idea (see near my hand n thigh)

Hi this is a known issue in neo v

PURPLE FRINGE

the only soultion is to get it repaired at service center . If you are under warranty period, it would be repaired free of cost

this is what sony do in service centres...

hi guys,,i submitted my neo v in service centre for purple fringe problem..my set is 3 months old..they said me to come within 8 days to collect..and though they given it to me in 8 days but problem is still there even worse than before and now they saying they dont have any solution...they changed its motherboard,imei no. etc without asking me once..what to do now ?? moderators please reply...THIS IS THE REAL FACE OF SONY..the real winners are HTC and SAMSUNG...
