xperia neo speaker fail

can any1 help please, oneday i was listening music with the XLOUD thing opened and all the sudden there was no sound even when i turn the volume to the highest. i can only hear a faint noise by putting my ear next to the speaker. sometimes i knock hard on the phone and the speaker went back and normal sound and after a while the sound died again.

then obviously its a hardware problem
u need to get it fixed at repair center

although do a service test to confirm that it is not a software glitch
dial *#*#7378423#*#* in dialer > service test > speaker>
see if it is working or not

it actually works but the volume is very low even when i turn it to maximim

if u wish then i will give u the methods to reinstall your phone software
it will completely delete all ( not memory card ) and will reinstall your phone software ...

most probably it seems to be a hardware issue
now what do u want tellme

is ok i can use my headphones if anything goes wrong i'll go 2 the service center thx

if ur phone is under warranty then u must rush to ur SE service center ... don't delay in doing this. otherwise it might end up with increased number of troubles
