Xperia Arc LT15a on Rogers. Why can't I get the ICS update?

My SI # is 1246-1838

Build Number #4.0.2.A.0.42

Is there any way at all I can update to ICS? My SI number isn't on that posted list.

I tried the links..it does not seem to work. It said i have the lastest software....any suggestions ?

along with rogers cra.p

after - model LT15i on version 4.0.4 build 4.1.B0.431

without the rogers cra.p
