upgading my phone software

hi guys i m back with a problem regarding the upgrading of my phones software.

to give a detailed info of my phone : i am using xperia neo v with ics version 4.1.A.0.562 when i connectd to my pcc i found that an new version is avaliable i.e.,4.1.B.0.431 but when i try to upgrade that pcc is showing an error"unable to install or start phone software update components" and "the update software failed".

Guys pls help me

Its due to overloaded servers, you will have to wait for sometime ( for few days ).

After that everything should be fine

I would also suggest trying the following to help resolve,

1. Close PC Companion

2. Install java from http://www.java.com/winoffline_installer

3. Start PC Companion again and try to do the SW Update of the phone
