Why does the rollout take so much time in the different Countrys?

Hey all,

why does sony need so much time to deliver ICS in Germany?

I've paid so much for my NEO V and it seems that I'm one of the last people

who get ICS for his phone.

So please tell me how could that be?

I hope it's because of the first countrys that have got ICS are "beta" Tester so that I in Germany get a nearly bug free ICS Update

but If it's not like that, my next Phone woud probably be an Samsung or HTC ...

There are many users who still have not received the ICS update. Germany is not the only country.

The software must be tested and approved for each kit before it can be launched. This is not done over night and there are many kits that needs to be tested.
