Update for root users?

I am thinking of updating my xperia ray to the latest build 4.1.B.0.431

When I updated my phone to 4.0.3 i rooted it and removed most of the bloatwares. After doing that i didnt face most of the issues reported for 4.0.3 ICS release. Now my question is, If i update my phone to the latest build will it automatically unroot? Do i have to root it again using doomlords method?

Also i have decided to use update service instead of PC companion.

Any suggestion will be much appretiated. thanks for reading the post.

If you use SUS or PCC to update then root access wil not remain

Try to update OTA then root will remain.

Update over the air, means downloading update in your mobile through mobile's "update center" and installing it
