Unistall pre-loaded Apps At&t

I have rooted (unlockroot) my X-Play, but need help uninstalling preloaded software.  Can't seem to download Titanium from app store as it stayed at 2% for almost an hour (46 minutes). Where do I start to uninstall?

Download other apps.. root exlorer or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.estrongs.android.pop&feature=search_result
