Unable to update the software.

Hi, I am an experia U user and the notication bar of my phone and the PC companion says that there is an update available for my phone (6.0.B.3.184)

But when i try to update the same through PC companion it show an error every i try it again and again. I have tried to update my phone through PC companion atleast around 50 times. But it shows the same error that " THE ONLINE SERVER IS CURRENTLY OVERLOADED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN AFTER A WHILE"

Please help me with the same so that i can be updated to future software updates.
