Third party mic?

Hi,

I bought a Griffin SmartTalk mic to use with the FM radio on my Arc S and Shure headphones. Unfortunately when I plug it in the phone reports that it is an unsupported accessory. Does anyone know of a mic that will work with the Arc? Preferably with a button.
