Shortcut problem when connecting to pc

Hello, i am really annoyed with how the timescape handles the shortcut, everytime i put my xperia into computer and plug it out, shortcuts which are installed in the sdcard always gets deleted. I used the "arrange my own order" in the menu, but it always gets rumbled up everytime i plug it in/out.

I also used to put now my shortscut in the homescreen, but shows the same problem.

i have many apps in the sdcard, and also because i cant install in the internal memory because of like just 100MB space.

any recommendation?
