the process android.com has stopped unexpectedly

Hi,

I am facing this issue. the process android.com has stopped unexpectedly message comes after every 2 seconds. So i am unable to login to phone.whenever i unlock phone , above msg appears on screen as ask for force close. Once i do that,  once  again i get same popup msg.

Please help me out, how do i resolve this issue.

install SUS on your PC, if you already have it, uninstall it > restart your PC > install SUS > restart your PC > turn off your firewall and antivirus > run SUS > follow the steps also try different USB ports

do you have a taskiller or antivirus? it might be acting up, you can repair it with SUS and do NOT install any app, see if the problem perists

I dont have taskiller or anitivirus. Can you please let me know how to format or reset myphone? It is not allowing me connect phone to PC.It is showing as connected but not getting inside phone's directories..

so i am not able to update also........ Please help me
