Some Smart Lock features missing for me

I have the T2 Ultra with Android 5.1.1 - I have enabled Smart Lock under Trusted Agents, I have made it recognize my face a few times, it is ON but I fail to see Smart Lock under Settings -> Screen lock.

I have used Face Unlock on many earlier phones so I know what I am doing. I have the latest Google Play Services 8.3.01 and latest everything.

Not only does Face unlock not appear as an option, but I cannot even enable Trusted Voices as the only option I have under 'Ok Google' is 'From the Google App' - I miss being able to say Ok Google from any screen

Does this have anything to do with protection with myXperia ??

So I take it you added that link to indicate this was a feature suppressed due to 1GB RAM.

Thats why I responded with the results of my friend's phone actions - that it was the same. Maybe something due to Android updates that is causing this ?

Same thing happened on Moto X, 5.1/2G

App developers have grown lazier, now apps take a huge part of the internal storage and use quite a bit of RAM
