I will work for a snapshot of the screen, but I can not after the update 4.3.
Tried to do by pressing the power button p with volume down button at the same time but to no avail!! I hope to help Belize

Restart your phone,it has to work.The on screen option is gone after 4.3 update.

For everybody else it works,you are doing it wrong for sure.

Are you pressing at the same time?power button and volume down,try at the same time to do it.Use two fingers and keep them pressed for 5 seconds.
