sbeaker problem

Hi there...when iam calling ..i use sbeaker botton on screen.it lock like it work but its not the sound stell in internal sbeaker

Any idea ??solution!?

I got. One before one week..its acover .the problem before this cover and with songs and sbeaker test is work..only when makeing calls I get this problem

remove the case and try again (without the case)

How!!!??? Its work even I rebot the cover and its work...can u till me how is that and what was the problem!?
