Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my Xperia P.
After updating to JB NFC Smart Tags stopped working.
(I had some other minor bugs, but they fixed after a hard reset)
I have both
Xperia SmartTags https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonyericsson.extras.smarttags
and
Smart Connect https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonyericsson.extras.liveware
installed and updated.
I have checked NFC in settings and I tried with both Android Beam on and off. I don't have any other NFC device to try file transfer.
SmartTags doesn't do anything and Smart Connect won't add my tags when I try to add a new device, it will only look for bluetooth and wifi devices.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Hmmm. Delete the Smart Tags app and use only Smart connect. I've had this problem on JB and ICS. Try different tags too. For me now on JB is working better than on ICS. I think that the phone needs some time that it recognises the tag. Allso download the NFC TagInfo by NXP, there the tag should be recognised.
I've had the same problem. Open the smart tags app (add the widget on the home screen and then open) and put the phone near the NFC tag. Then it'll be recognised. After that delete the Smart Tags app and use the Smart Connect instead.
Hi, I've tried that, but SmartTags won't recognize any of my tags.
I also tried unistalling and re-installing it.
