Neo V update via Wi-Fi

As I am unable to connect my phone to PCC or SEUS to get the current upgrade, why is it not available to update by Wi-Fi ??

I have tried many times to connect Switch off/reconnect/ press back .....blah blah blah.

As an update is available, why when I go to Settings-About phone-software update does It tell me I am up to date even though build number is 4.0.2.A.0.42

update over wifi depends on region....... as simple as that
in your region update might not be available at this moment so thats why you would have to wait till it reaches your mobile

what problems are you facing with pcc and seus ??
