Neo V touch screen problems (screen shaking and ghost touch between points)

Hi, i have 2 problems with my touch screen on neo v:

1) my screen shakes a little when i hold the touch( for example to make it easier to explain my crosshair will shake when i hold a finger on the screen in games like shadowgun or dead space), while im aware that it never wont be shake free it was way better than its now.

2) there is a ghost touch when im pressing 2 points at the same time(for example it will create line between touch A and touch B in multi touch paint, same thing happens in service test which dont even support multi touch which is kinda silly). I can create squares with X in the middle without moving my fingers aside from tapping on the screen.

and i also have problem with my accelometer which is deflected a little towards battery(it will always turn right in racing games for example).

I bought this phone around month ago(took it with local phone subscription) and there is my questions:

1) Do your screen shake when touched also ? (it worked fine before and i can tell from youtube that others have no problem also)

2) Is issue nr2 normal on NEO V ? (i heard that there was the same issue on xperia arc also so it might be normal for those phones).

3) can you calibrate accelometer without voiding warranty ?

Now i did send my phone to the warrant serivce, all they did was downgrading my phone to the factory defaults with description: "Installed new software, conformity test consisted with factory specification. Phone is working correctly"(obviously no changes to how touch screen behave, couldnt check accelometer tho).

Obviously i didnt accept that anwser and told them to send it to another serivce(before that they send it to polish service called "regenersis" which is known for being rather shoddy with their repairs). Now the question is: what can i do if another service wont fix my issues ? I have hard time believing that shaking screen and deflected accelemeter is inside "factory specification". I would be really grateful if someone could help me here, thanks in advance.

I'm sorry to hear about this problem.

It does sound like a product defect for sure. I cannot tell if it's software or hardware related though.

If you're having any further issues after receiving the phone I recommend you call the regional Sony Mobile support office and talk to them about this. They will be able to look into your case and give more advanced help than we will be able to from global support level.
