Neo V not starting after upgrade to 4.0

Hi,

My NEO V is not starting at all after upgrading to 4.0

Can you help me please???!!!

What happens when you connect it to charger ?

was update successful ?

Battery is full, - PCC says all OK

If I press on button, LED flashes 3 times red but nothing else happens

Take the batter out and reinster it after few minutes.... try to switch it on

If nothing happens, then

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

All didn't help me the phone is still not starting at all.

At devices it says unknown device connected to USB

Just that we donnt missunderstand PCC isnot seeing the NEO V!

Update services is not seeing my NEO V!

Battery is full

Wehn i try to start the LED is flashing 3 times in sequence.

Try everything again

Both sus and pcc

Boot pc in safe mode with networking on.... turn off firewall and antivirus

try with other pc
