Problem with custom rom ics!!!!!!please help me....!!!

I have install custom rom ics with this guide

first i unloack boot loader sucessfully

i install night elf kernal with cmd

all process works fine

but after install custom rom by clockwork recovery mod

every thing running fine but after 2 second this messange pop up " android phone stop working" and

my sim does not recognized,

so,

please read and tell me the solution,

i shall be very thankfull to you....

this my last hope.............

You will have to reply to that thread only, we won't be able to help with custom rom

However if you want to use official ICS or GB Refer to this thread
