Hi everyone.
I cannot get myXperia to work. I activated it in my phone ("my Xperia ist aktiviert."), but it doesn't show when I login to myxperia.sonymobile.com. I use the same Google account on phone and website. I have had a look at the support information on the website and noticed that I have never received the confirmation email that should have been sent to my Gmail account.
What could have gone wrong? Thanks for any hints.

I was actually looking for a way to contact some kind of support service when I found this forum. 🙂
Issue could be solved and was rather simple in the end. The account I used to login on the website ended @gmail.com (automatically) while my Google account on the phone was @googlemail.com. There was no way to change the first one but the latter one I could change by deleting it from the phone and adding it again, explicitly providing the @gmail.com domain.
