Missing bluetooth files

hi guys,

sent an off market file to my phone via bluetooth which did not install because i had not unchecked the 'install off market' applications.after that i now cant find the files location to install it.any one please help.

go to the market and download a file manager

OI File Manager -> open it -> bluetooth -> your files should be there
