Error in upgrading to Android 4.1

I tried several times to upgrade my Android from 4.0 to 4.1, but every time it failed. It does not tell me how to solve it, just says try again later.

Could you tell me the solution please?

I have Xperia Arc X12.

there isn't android 4.1, it doesn't exist, the only android ICS available for Xperia are 4.0.3 and 4.0.4

Yes, I made mistake regarding the version.

Anyway, PC Companion told me an update is available. Then, I started updating my mobile using PC Companion, which failed in the middle.

Just now I used the SUS link you suggested and it worked. Could you please tell me why PC Companion failed?

And do you suggest continue in using SUS?
