k330 contact problem

I can't browse in my phone using the letters. The letters that appear are russian when pressing my keyboard

No matter what language I switch to in contacts  when pressing a roman letter the options are in russian

I have tried both types of reset, switching the languages around but nothing

Oh and I forgot I changed the language in contacts from # still nothing

Have you tried changing both the Phone and Writing language?

One thing you can try, is from stand-by press: left--0000--right (using your milti-directional keypad and four zeros) and see if that restores the default language.The other thing is to select the As on SIM setting under Phone language.If all of this fails, since you have already tried a reset, I suggest you run the update service:
