i have been recieving no replies from sony staff even after asking for the same in my posts. it is really frustrating even more if you get a totally unrelated reply & on further questioning, get no reply. i am completely dissatisfied on not getting proper reply from any of the sony staff for following posts:
1. Apps Running in Background create issues?
2. fruit ninja lagging in all xperia phones?
3. poor quality of rear camera....
4. increase the no of emails in phone?
expecting a HELPFUL reply...:smileyplain:
Solved! Go to Solution.
first of all, i don't want to hurt or curse anybody, i have my own problems to worry about. Why would I even spend my time loging in and post a reply if everything is alright?:smileyconfused:
If everything works fine i wouldn't even know this website.
I didn' t need immediate solution, even after two months i'm still facing the same problems and SONY XPERIA SUPPORT gave me none.
By SONY XPERIA SUPPORT i meant all kinds of support.
For emails I would get a reply after one or two weeks, and my reply goes directly to trash (I guess).
In forums I didn't get any useful reply from your team and often they are marked Assumed answerd without a reply.(you said that you will mark after posting a reply?)
Telephone support is even worse. They just wasted hours of my time without even understanding my problem, and their final word is to go to service center.
finally at the service centers, I faced a dead end because they are not operating (though your website and telephone support say it works!!)..
I fed up with Xperia support and stopped worrying about my phone since a week.
Tell me now dear Sam, Is there anything to feel good about my phone and your support.
If there was no SONY logo on this phone why thr heII would any one in this world spends a months salary for a mobile phone?
I trusted sony's quality product and support and I'm proven to be completely wrong.
(I know there are still many people who got phones with minimum or no defects, treated well by support team and service, but I don't care.:smileyangry:)
BTW how to mark the thread "NOT ANSWERED"?
now thats called a reply!
if you look into the 4 threads & read it carefully from my point of view, you will understand why i was so angry. after posting replies with "Can somebody from Sony please reply?" & not getting replies for days on end i think even you would behave the same. i dont want reply to my posts within an hour, but dont you think 24 hours is more than enough for posting a HELPFUL reply? i can understand that you people are too busy with your work, but we too are with our work! we dont post querries just for time pass. & seriously i didnt want to curse any of you people. i just wanted to get some attention so that somebody could answer to my querries.
Ofcourse I understand you frustration and I will make sure they are looked into again. There seems to be a bug on the forums that has made the "unmark as assumed answered-button" disappear (I have reported this and hopefully it will be fixed soon).
Regarding the time it takes to get an answer it depends. There are a lot(!) of users on this forum and a huge amounts of threads created every day and everyone wants an answer as soon as possible. The link i posted in my last reply explains how we work with the e-mail alert list of unanswered threads. If there is a lot to do, 24 hours might not be enough to get an answer. Normally (when the unmark as assumed answered-button works) you can simply click it and it will pop back into the e-mail alert again and its up for grabs for the whole team again.
@pradeeprk4 You need to understand the difference between getting an answer and getting a solution to your problem. We can't always give a solution for your problem, if it's for example something wrong in the firmware on a phone. And that's why were here, to report them further and get the information forwarded to the right people who can come up with a solution. If you're unhappy with the support you get from your local Xperia Support, you should give them a call and ask to talk to a manager who can help you if you feel that you don't get any help in e-mails, service center or via phone. And once again, read the post on the first page regarding Assumed Answered and how it works.
ok i will try to keep my cool from now on.:smileycool:
all the best with your work!:smileyhappy:
sorry to have irritated you.:smileymischief:
Unmark assume unanswered button is still not fixed.
I;m not talking about the solutions, but proper , responsible reply to help me.
I don't get any replies from your team, before it is marked answered.
I want to mark all of them mark unanswered.
Please help.
There is a glitch about the "assumed answer thing" and our forum IT support team is looking into that. A workaround for marking the thread as not answered is to set a post as correct or helpful, then unmark that choice.
Thanks Johan
Finally a useful reply .
