My wife and I each have an ancient Walkman W518a. They have been working very well. This morning the front window of my wife's just says "failed" instead of the usual information. (but the phone does work). I think maybe upgrading the software is the first thing to try. But when I plugged it into my new computer, I discovered that I forgot to install the Ericsson software for updates. Now I can't find the software for updating the phone from the website, because my phone is no longer listed in the Support area. Where can I download the program to update my phone?
One more thing. When I was finished with this post, I was trying to choose tags at the bottom of the page. It says after Tags, "(use communities to separate multiple tags, use an underscore to combine two words)". Shouldn't it say "use commas" or "use semi-colons" to separate multiple tags?
