How to use Skype on mobile?

I am using SONY ERICSSON CEDAR J108i.

My Internet Connection is Aircel - Pocket Internet - 2G.

I have Skype on my Computer.

So, I have Skype Username and password.

I downloaded Skype on my mobile phone.

In my mobile, I am able to log on to my Skype account using the same Username and Password which I use in Computer.

But, after clicking,Video and free Calls, I am not able to see the list of contacts.

(I have not tried when somone is online.)

Any guidance appreciated.

Downloaded and installed the free IM+  app from the same website to my W995 phone, but there is no Skype option, despite the fact that it's advertised on the website. Perhaps the paid version has it, although I doubt it--it appears to be yet another application which misleads people into thinking that they can use Skype on a Java phone!

Or am I missing something?
