How to install NEW ICS UPDATE 4.1.B.0.587

I Check on SUS and it says I have the latest  - but I last updated about a monnth ago....

I have an xperi_ pro MK16

I have build number 4.1.B.0.431

And I am not that "tech savvy"

Hope someone can help

have you flashed your phone at all? is or was your phone locked to a network?
