Can't update to ICS (4.0)

Hi, I've been trying to update my phone to ICS. But whether I do it through PC Companion or the update service, it says I already have the latest version (2.3.4). Can you guys help me out ? Thanks.

Thanks, I didn't check it. My SI is 1253-6810 so I guess it's still not out yet...

your using LWW right? so keep an eye on the list

but if you can not wait, there guides on this thread on how to upgrade to ICS manually and downgrade later. try searching
