how do you remove preinstalled apps?

hi i gt the  xperia arc s lt18i bt as it frm three it has aload of preinstalled apps that i want gone. how do i do this and what programs do i need or is there a shop or sommits that can do it in the licolnshire area in england?

You need to root your mobile in order to do that....
