Error when rooting Xperia V with Flashtool

hi 

i am using xperia v lt25i

and i couldnt able to flash any ftf files and gettind errors and 

shows device disconnected 

plz help me anyone

Have you opened Busybox on your phone and installed it as you can install it but you also need to open the app and install the applets as they call it, and you do have Unknown sources under Settings - Security ticked and USB debugging enabled under Settings - Developer options and tick the box USB debugging after turning on Developer options

Try this file here for the V for CWM extract run the Install and choose option 4

i am running ICS and i ticked the unknown sources and also ticked usb debugging !!!!!!!

it says problem with adb drivers so i think as u suggested erarlier that its not comaptible with win8 thats the problem rite ????

You are using an Xperia V and running ICS - I thought or wrongly assumed you were running JB so try this here which is the right file for a V running ICS the others are for the V running JB and if it still doesn't work then you have a driver issue as mentioned earlier

i am runnig ICS coz it was bootlooped and i went to repairer and he flashed some  chinese firmware with some booxtool as he mentioned !!!

and if you do then use the file in post 12 to install CWM

yes ill do as u suggested and 
now that blue light appears as i switch on the device but nothings happening !!!

On Xperia V running ICS press repeatedly (not holding) volume-down button until the phone vibrates

On Xperia V running JB try one of these: Press repeatedly (not holding) power button until the phone vibrates

Tap repeatedly the screen

Wait a few seconds and you will be on CWM

thanks alot i am now in recovery mode and i also did the backup.

Now downloading KitKat and gottta try it and will keep u posted !!!
