Dutch ICS Update

Hi there,

I am Rick and I have a Xperia Sola,

When I bought it they said I would get an update in less then 3 months to ICS

It has bin over 6 months now and I still haven't got an update.

The strangest thing is that in all other country's there is an update.

Even in Belgium(which is the country next to the Netherlands).

Could someone explain to me why there isn't an update yet?
