Could not Export Data : unknow Error(Backup Contacts)

Hi All,

I have Xperia Arc S,Recetly i have updated Android from 2.3 to 4.0.3.

After upgrade,when i am trying to take backup of contact,it is failing with error:

Could not Export Data  : unknow Error

It is Exporting till 62% and then its showing error with canceling the backup.

What could be the error?

Is it a known Bug?

I think you may need to format your SD card first

backup important stuff from memory card to pc then format your sd card ( settings > storage > erase sd card )
