Hi all,
For a couple of days I have been reading posts on this forum (and XDA developers), been looking @ tutorials on youtube and ive been searching the web trough google. I have downloaded lots of flashtools & apps but i cant get it done.
And what I really want to know is:
Should i downgrade to another Build version? How can i do this? Does another build version mean that im downloading another ROM?
By the way: I have managed to get the bootloader unlocked.
Can someone please help me with this?
With kind regards,
a frustrated guy

there isn't much difference between .42 and .62, you can use .42 kernel w/ .62 then use super one click to root it, or just flash .42 and use superoneclick to root.
you didn't had to unlocked the bootloader to root.

Many thanks for your quick reply.
Is there a tutorial on how to downgrade (flash to) .42 and using superoneclick to root?
Super OneClick its easier to use than Flashtool,

When I want to flash to LT15i_4.0.2.A.0.42_Generic Global.ftf, the program itself (and my phone) freeze at 17%. If i unplug the phone, I can still operate the program. The pgroam is called X10 Flashing Tool, its Version 0.9.1.0 built on 2012-08-30 22:18:07 by Bin4ry & Androxyde.
But the phone is still frozen: green LED on side stays on, but buttons wont respond. I need to take of the battery in order to get the phone started again (reboot). So I can turn it on, there seems to be no damage.
Concerning SuperOneClick: when i choose to root, it opens a port and then also freezes (on PC). I need to open task manager to get it closed.
Any ideas left?
repair it with SUS then use Flashtool
