big big big big problem

Already the first time I tried to connect to my PC, I had to power cycle the PC I do not know how many times because at pomentchecking it crashed, and I was obliged to manuallyturn off my PC!

Once I had not understood why it worked after the second day and I do not know how manytests (to do the updates to each section of the companion PC software), no one to tell me,even on the phonethe hotline, the guy was lost

here we go again when I thought that this problem wassolved, updated to do, notagain rebelotte, problem when it ischecking the laptop!!

And to top it off, I found a problem yet, just now I wanted to take pictures, more memoryavailable, I look, the phone had medownload unless I ask him anything, photos I have topicasa last time I had managed the connection between my PC and phone.

But still it happens it ok, but there can not delete the photos, theyare in the 3d section of the phone, etmême when I connect myphone to the PC, I did not have access to these photos and I cannot delete either!

did you pressed and hold the volume down first BEFORE you connected the USB cable? also the problem seems to be your computer, its missing the correct drivers, try this

1) reinstall PCC and SEUS

2) restart your PC (quite important)

3) turn off your firewall and antivirus

4) turn off your phone -> take the battery out -> wait -> put it back on -> press and hold the volume down then -> connect the usb cable while still holding the volume down key and you MUST WAIT, I've noticed in the video that you do NOT wait, you have to wait, for few minutes so your computer can download the correct drivers, if you let the volume key down you must start from all this again (from 4)

always the same problem, i waited about 16 minutes with volum down and nothing happened!

ok so the issue is your PC, can you try a different PC? ? did you turned off your firewall and antivirus?

yes i have ever try to turn off  my firewall and antivirus! If it's my PC i don't understand why i successed to update my phone with PC companion with this PC 2 or 3 months ago when i received my phone.

The first time it was difficult, and after i found the solution.

But here i didn't find.

there might something else stopping or blocking it, lets try this

create a NEW account on your PC then on the new account install SEUS or PCC and see if it works

exact i thought to that yesterday i would like to close my account but i don't know how to do that and i think that is the solution!!!!!
